In May 2020, volunteer students and researchers founded the i3S GreenLab Initiative to increase research sustainability without compromising science. We have worked on reducing the energy consumption of heavy equipment, reducing, reusing, and recycling lab consumables, and encouraging green procurement, without forgetting social-oriented initiatives on circular economy.
